This day came on for hearing the above styled and numbered cause, and it appearing to the Court that Mrs. Mollie Whitten and Bill Whitten, Mrs. Lum Taylor, Mrs Florence Arnett, Mrs. Mary Crosby Adults had been personally served with a true copy of a summons herein, and that the minors, Beeman Whitten, Kerney Whitten, Rube Whitten and Bulah Whitten, had also been served with a true copy of the summons and also a copy for the said minors had been served upon their mother Mrs Mollie Whitten for each of said minors, and it also appearing that the non-residents Mrs Clara West Brook had been served by a publication in a newspaper published in Winston County, and a copy, thereof mailed to the said Mrs. Clara Westbrook, whose post office is Helena Arkansas and that the said Bunk Whitten had been served with a publication, and a copy thereof mailed to the said Bunk Whitten whose address is Staples Texas, and publication being also made for Mrs. Bettie Ellis and the unknown heirs of Mrs Nannie Foster, and the unknown heirs of Jim Whitten whose residences are unknown, and that Mr. J.K. Stark and Mrs Edna Hunt, had waived service of citation and entered their appearance herein and it appearing to the Court, though served with process as required by law, the defendants made no response as required by law, but wholly made default and have filed no pleading herein the said bill is therefore taken herein as confessed by the said adult Defendants; and it is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said bill herein be and the same is confessed by the said adult defendants.

Ordered, adjudged and decreed this the 26th day of March, 1918.
